Who we are
Jackson Mobile Service (JMS) is an agricultural and construction equipment repair and maintenance company, founded in October 2021. However, its roots go back to the 1990s when it was originally known as Bruce Jackson Mobile Service, run by Bruce Jackson. For over 30 years, Bruce worked the business part-time, managing it alongside his full-time job. As demand for services grew, Bruce’s son Taren joined the business in 2021, and together they decided to expand the company to meet customer needs.
JMS specializes in mobile repair services but also handles certain jobs in their shop for efficiency and quality. The company has grown primarily through word-of-mouth referrals, with a strong focus on maintaining relationships and providing top-notch service. Bruce, with over 30 years of experience, manages service, parts and customer relationships, while Taren oversees day-to-day operations, including scheduling, billing, and assisting with repairs.
In addition to repair services, JMS offers used equipment sales. They buy, refurbish, and sell pre-owned agricultural and construction machinery, providing customers with affordable, reliable equipment. This expansion into used equipment sales allows JMS to serve a broader range of customer needs while maintaining the high-quality service they are known for.
